We can run everything, or slot into the part you're missing. Most clients start with one service and open the rest of the house over time.

How it works

Every engagement, same three moves
01

Audit and strategy

Two to three weeks. We go through the account, the competitors and the audience, and come back with content pillars, a tone of voice and the numbers we are aiming at.

02

Make the work

Filming days, editing, design. We build a bank of content before anything goes live, so the account never runs on whatever was to hand that week.

03

Run and report

Daily publishing and community management, monthly reporting against the KPIs we set, and a standing call. What worked gets made again; what did not gets said out loud.

Questions

The things people ask before the first call.

If yours is not here, ask it directly — we would rather answer than have you guess.

Ask us

Monthly retainers for ongoing management, project fees for campaigns and strategy work. Retainers start around £2,500 a month. We will tell you before a call whether we think we are the right fit for the budget.

Yes. Filming, editing and publishing are in-house for most accounts. For larger productions we bring in our own crew rather than outsourcing the account.

TikTok and Instagram lead most of our work, with YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn and Pinterest where the audience is actually there. We would rather run two platforms properly than five badly.

Video-led accounts usually show movement inside 60 to 90 days. The Gigi Clothing account went from zero to a viral audience in under a year; Grace & Form sustained 400% month-on-month growth. We set expectations against the account, not the best case.

Often. Caroline Montague and Stéphanie Achar are both personal brands. It is the same discipline as a company account, with more care around voice.

Access, a point of contact who can approve things, and roughly a day a month of the founder or talent on camera. That is usually enough.
